Position spends 10 hrs per week on setting up outreach for Mental/Relational Health and Training Service presentations in the community. Creates opportunities for Counselor presentations to associations, businesses, and churches regarding the impact of trauma (and related psychoeducation) on the individual, family, workplace, and school functioning for the purpose of community engagement and identifying persons who need and want service available free under the Victims funding. This position sets up and supports speaking engagements for Santa FE-Victim Assistance Project. This position also regularly attends community networking meetings such as the chamber, Rotary, Kiwanis, and other meetings to make services known to residents. Proficient in Microsoft products. All full-time positions include 20 days PTO annually, 100% employee only medical benefits, $65,000 life insurance, 3% annual salary match of retirement investments. Responsibilities: Develops and implements a broad-based training program strategy in cooperation with, and/or with direction from the CEO, phasing in training offerings to all the following target small business corporate leaders: • Mental Health Professionals • Mediation Professionals • Education Professionals • Legal and Criminal Justice Professionals • The Faith Community • Law Enforcement • Criminal Justice (Attorneys, Judiciary, Victim Liaison Officers and court personnel) Qualifications: • 2 years experience plus event coordinator experience and presentation set up • Microsoft office a must Compensation: $40,000
