    A Residential Crew Lead is responsible for executing residential electrical projects under the supervision and coordination of the project manager. They are to ensure the work is completed efficiently, in a timely and quality manner. Good leadership, good communication and documentation skills while working on the job is important.

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities

    Responsible for the supervision of the entire electrical project

    Responsible for supervising safety on the job

    Complete installation of various types of electrical projects within customer’s home

    Responsible for communicating with the customer and keeping them informed on the status of the project

    Responsible for supervising quality and efficiency of work performed by apprentices on site

    Communicating with Project Manager on any changes needed

    Service changes, panel installs, knob and tube removal, and electrical circuits

    Thoroughly and completely filling out job documents

    Collecting data and photos for each job

    Make sure the install team works as a team to improve productivity on getting projects completed

    Drive company vehicle to and from jobs safely

    Responsible for the company tools and material inventory

    Responsible fixing and troubleshooting problems during project

    Clean up of job site daily

    Provide and maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicle

    Other tasks and duties as needed

    Qualifications Requirements

    High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Residential Electrical Journeyman License (O2 in WA)

    Must have a minimum of 3+ years electrical experience, plus at least 6 months of leading a crew.

    Good motivation with an attention to productivity, detail and safety.

    Able to work safely with heights on ladders and in confined areas

    Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks

    Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and in attics and able to work on your feet for long periods of time

    Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday

    Attention to detail

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Regular, reliable and predictable attendance

    Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

    Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)

    Must have a valid state driver's license and have a clean driving record

    Salary: $26.00 to $33.00+ /hour with performance based pay
