We are on the lookout for a talented Coaching Sales Associate to join our world-class Innovative Health and Fitness team in Franklin, WI. This individual will be responsible for delivering first-rate customer service while connecting our customers with the best services and products in fitness. For this role, you will be showing off your knowledge in the areas of sales, customer service, and communication. The annual salary is $40,000 plus commission. Responsibilities: • Prospect for new customers by networking, cold calling, utilizing social media, and other approaches. • Assess customer needs and provide solutions through a personalized sales approach. • Provide customers with educational materials outlining the benefits of the services we offer. • Follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and aim to retain customers. • Track and maintain customer information in our database for sales, marketing, and reporting purposes. Qualifications: • US Work Authorization • 18 years or older • Flexible Schedule • Sales Experience • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Proven success in closing sales • Ability to develop customer relationships • Proficient in using CRM/Sales tools • Knowledge of the fitness industry • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for helping clients reach their fitness goals • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Compensation: $40,000 plus commision
