    Innovative Health and Fitness is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor that is self motivated, personable, sincere, and wants to help make a difference in people's lives. We pride ourselves on customer service and getting our members results while building relationships and friendships along the way. Innovative Health and Fitness is a privately owned health club in Franklin, WI. With 7,500 current members and new members joining daily, this has created more opportunities than our current Instructors have availability for. Now is the time to join the Innovative Health and Fitness team! Fitness instructors are asked to execute and promote safe and appropriate programs for a variety of fitness levels, as well as be able to be personable with members. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide a high caliber member service through building a strong rapport with class participants supporting and encouraging them in regard to their goals, concerns, and questions • Modify class routines according to fitness levels in the class • Ability to motivate and effectively communicate with class participants • Develop and learn class routines, come to class prepared, and begin/end classes on time • Follow all policy procedures and report any unsafe conditions to ensure participant safety Qualifications: Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 18 years old • Must have a current Group Fitness Certification and CPR/AED certification or be able to obtain it within 30 days of hire • 1-year teaching experience preferred Compensation: $18 - $27 per class
