Innovative Health and Fitness is searching for passionate swim instructors and lifeguards to join our rapidly expanding team! Situated in Franklin, WI, this privately owned health club delights in a steady stream of new members each day, thus demanding more instructors than our current team has available. We offer both group and private swimming lessons to help our clients become more adept in the water. If you adore swimming and assisting others to become self-assured in the pool, then this gig is for you! Responsibilities: • Develop and teach water safety and swimming techniques to a variety of ages and abilities • Establish a safe learning environment for all participants • Design lesson plans that adhere to the provided scheme of work • Diagnose any incorrect swimming techniques and suggest methods for improvement • Assess the progress of each individual and provide constructive feedback • Manage attendance, progress, and incident records; ensure swimming aids and equipment are maintained Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Current Lifeguard/CPR/AED certification Compensation: $20 hourly
