JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support 3-4 Project Managers in coordinating activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Assign action items and monitor progress
• Work with Directors and Project Managers to define requirements, scope, and objectives as well as analyze risk and opportunities
• Work with Project Managers to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

JOB REQUIREMENTS

•  Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
• 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator in an IT environment is ideal; however, will also consider individuals with Project Coordination or Project Management experience in other arenas
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to use project management tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; capable of maintaining strong team relationships
•  Knowledge of design and architecture of web development and database application environments, especially those used in mobile app development, is a huge plus

COMPENSATION INCLUDES A SALARY OF $47,500/YEAR PLUS A $2000 BONUS OPPORTUNITY AND A FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE.
