Job Description

An Atlanta-based telecommunications service provider is looking for a VIRTUAL PART-TIME TELECOM BILLING ANALYST to join their team. If you are an experienced telecom billing analyst and you are looking for a FLEXIBLE PERMANENT PART-TIME POSITION THAT CAN BE DONE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS, this is the perfect role for you! This position should require 10-20 HOURS PER WEEK, depending on the billing volumes, and can be performed from the comfort of your home office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review, analyze and massage complex telecom data sets
• Comfortable analyzing huge invoices that contain multiple types of variable traffic
• Inspect invoices and reports to make sure all billing items and rates are correct
• Maintain rate data for multiple suppliers and multiple types of traffic
• Produce monthly and quarterly reports utilizing Excel and Powerpoint
• Disseminate invoice reviews to customers that are professional and detailed
• Capable of using platforms such as Sharepoint, WINSCP, and online portals

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS' PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A BILLING ANALYST IN THE TELECOM INDUSTRY
• ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS
• Strong analytical skills with tremendous attention to detail
• Responsive and deadline-driven
• Home working environment that is distraction-free with reliable internet

Pay rate is $22-$25 per hour, depending on relevant experience.
