A full-service marketing agency in Marietta GA (East Cobb) is looking for a PART-TIME MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to work 20-21 hours/week on a 3 or 4-day work schedule at the company's home office. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and have great attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
JOB DUTIES:
- Edit marketing materials
- Proofread blog and social media posts as well as other client communications
- Listen to client ideas and create summary documents
- Conduct team briefings on client projects and initiatives
- Coordinate communication with client and team members
- Organize client files
- Maintain the master client calendar
- Provide administrative support to agency owner as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous administrative or writing experience in a marketing department or in a marketing/ad agency
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Strong MS Office Suite and Google Drive skills
- Previous experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Canva are a big plus
- Strong project management skills
PAY RATE: $25 PER HOUR
