STAFFING RECRUITER - MANUFACTURING

Work remote at your home office!

Long term contract – 4 to 6 months -

We are seeking to hire a Staffing Recruiter to support several manufacturing, clerical, and professional positions both direct hire and temp to hire positions in the upstate NY area.

And will also consider a Staffing Recruiting Assistant.

We will consider any manufacturing experience from the Staffing and Recruiting industry with 1 plus years experience.

Recruiter responsibilities will consist of recruiting and assisting with all levels of recruiting.

Source, review resumes, and screen potential candidates. Perform 1st and 2nd level interviewing, and work with job seekers and passive candidates.

May also assist in writing and posting job orders!

Any direct hire placement experience is a real value as we have several direct hire and temp to hire positions.

Recruiter Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have minimum 1 plus years in recruiting or staffing industry experience in the manufacturing field. We seek an individual who is self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must have excellent computer proficiency with ability to learn new software programs Word, Excel and applicant tracking system knowledge is a must.

Must have the ability to type while speaking over the phone with potential candidates.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and a flexible personality to work in this very fast-paced and ever-changing industry.

Must have ability to work with confidential information and exude professionalism at all times.

Must be accurate and detail oriented.
