    Job Description:

    As a Xerox Copier Technician, you will be responsible for setting up, installing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of copiers, printers, scanners, and copier management software. Your technical expertise and dedication to providing excellent customer support will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' copier and printing equipment function optimally.

    Responsibilities:

    Installation and Setup: Efficiently set up and install new copiers, printers, scanners, and copier management software at client locations, ensuring proper functionality and connectivity.

    Routine Service and Maintenance: Conduct regular service and maintenance on copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines to prevent potential breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.

    Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning cartridges, printers, and copiers, efficiently resolving technical issues to minimize downtime for our clients.

    Inventory Management: Manage orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials required for copier repairs and maintenance.

    Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.

    Schedule Management: Efficiently manage service schedules and respond to customer emergencies promptly to ensure minimal disruptions to their business operations.

    Keeping Up with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and practices in the copier and printing industry, ensuring our services are aligned with the latest advancements.

    Requirements:

    High School Diploma: A minimum educational requirement for this position.

    Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a copier technician, demonstrating your proficiency in copier and printer technology.

    Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of copier and printer technology, with a detailed understanding of computer and copier management software such as MS Office, Print Drivers, Scan To Email and Scan To Desk Top...etc

    Driver's License and Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to office location.

    Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks and service requests.

    Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.

    Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to build positive relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

    Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze copier-related problems, identify root causes, and apply effective problem-solving strategies.
