Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing, physically moving, changing/upgrading, and disposing of computer hardware and software products

• Maintaining virus protection, OS service packs, general operations, and providing back-up and disaster recovery

• Handling print queue issues

• Managing PC loaner program

• Managing the PC refresh for the office

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 1 year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• A+ certification preferred, or ability to complete within 6 months

• Certifications in IBM and HP preferred

• Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance
