CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

INNOVED INSTITUTE was established in 2011, created to provide human cadaveric specimen, medical supplies and field lab services necessary for the advancement of the medical community. Innoved Institute is known for the great care we take with clients and employees alike.

We are a growing company based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois that offers its employees in-Job Training.

·       THE POSITION: We’re looking for candidates to be part of the Client Services Department.

·       JOB TYPE: Full Time Employee Exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/EXPECTED REQUIREMENTS

·      Provide quality customer service to all clients and have the ability to multi-task in a frequently fast-paced environment while having a high level of attention to detail.

·      Excellent written, verbal and, interpersonal communication skills

·      Computer proficiency including working knowledge of word processors, spreadsheets and databases.

·      Basic understanding of medical terminology preferred.

·      Self-motivated, professional, and detail oriented.

·      Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.

·      Comfortable reading text and following written instructions

·      Able to work under changing conditions and urgent needs

·      Excel in Phone Skills/etiquette

·      Ability to stay on top of incoming emails while completing assigned tasks.

POSITION DIMENSIONS:

·      Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

·      Strong project management skills. Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations and tight deadlines.

·      Support with logistical coordination and data entry.

·      Day to day management of order processing functions.

·      Interaction with specialized shippers to obtain quotes and streamline quoting process.

·      Enforce and adhere to all policies and procedures while performing job functions.
