Job Title: Outside Sales Account Representative Reports to: Director of Sales We have an exciting opportunity available to join our growing Sales Team in the New England/Massachusetts area! Looking for a team player who is good at multi-tasking and has the right personality to work with our customers: we will train the right candidate! The Outside Sales Account Representative will be responsible for the growth of pressure sensitive label, pouch and shrink sleeve sales throughout the New England Area and beyond. You will identify key markets and potential prospects and use your creative problem-solving skills to uncover customer needs. You must be disciplined, and customer focused with the ability to develop positive relationships at all levels and departments within both internal plant and external customer organizations. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business through a combination of cold calling, networking, Zoom and in-person meetings. - Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. - Deliver pricing and compelling proposals/presentations. - Collaborate with plant personnel, customer service and prepress to deliver customer solutions. - Resolve customer issues by investigating problems to ensure customer satisfaction. - Regularly update and maintain Sales Force CRM for internal reporting Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation, proposal, interpersonal and negotiation skills - Organized with attention to detail. - Motivated with positive attitude - Ability to travel as frequently as required for the job Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Benefits ***Prefer candidates with previous print experience; especially in PS, Shrink and Flexible Packaging, but will train the right candidate(s).
