    Keystone is a non-profit organization proudly serving the Rock Hill, South Carolina community. As an organization in accredited and licensed services, we provide comprehensive education, prevention, and treatment programs designed to empower individuals and families facing alcohol and drug related challenges. We are looking to invite a passionate and dedicated full-time Inpatient Program Coordinator to join our mission-driven team during the daytime and help make a meaningful impact every day.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Supervise clinical staff and nurse coordinator, including performance reviews, payroll approval, staff meetings, chart reviews, and staff training.

    2. Provide direct clinical services such as assessments, treatment planning, and counseling as needed.

    3. Ensure contract deliveries are met and properly reported in collaboration with Treatment Director(s).

    4. Maintain full compliance with governing authorities (DAODAS, DHEC, CARF, DSS, DHHS/Medicaid).

    5. Coordinate intakes, admissions, transfers, discharges, waitlists, and follow‑up care.

    6. Support program development, expansion, and revenue sustainability, including MCO and billing coordination.

    7. Oversee federal probation admissions and discharges.

    8. Prepare monthly program reports and document all staff supervision activities.

    9. Coordinate staffing coverage and provide service coverage when needed.

    10. Maintain working knowledge of ASAM, PPC‑2R, and DSM‑5 criteria for substance use disorders.

    11. Uphold APSC Code of Ethics and licensing board ethics while ensuring accurate, compliant patient records.

    12. Maintain reliable attendance and complete all required training, TB screening, and software proficiency tasks.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Master’s degree in medical or human service area (preferably in applied clinical work such as counseling, social work, etc.) from a regionally accredited program with 3+ years of experience in management/supervision (preferred), or Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited program with 5 years of management/supervision (preferred). Licensure preferred. State of South Carolina Drug and Alcohol Counselor (ADC) and National Certification (NCACI(I), MAC, LAC) preferred.
