Inpria Corporation, a JSR company, has an immediate opening for an Operator based in Corvallis, OR. You will join our diverse team of talent and contribute to our High Volume Manufacturing Operations team by supporting and maintaining our EUV photoresist production line processes. Your experience in following procedures, attention to detail, and working in a team environment will help fuel our company’s growth, support our key customers, and provide you with opportunities to expand your career.

Chemical Manufacturing Operator Primary Responsibilities

• The work will take place in different cleanroom environments each having specific gowning and personal protection equipment (PPE) requirements
• Must wear provided PPE including safety shoes when performing tasks
• Work includes performing activities using a glovebox and requires handling small objects with thick gloves
• Must be detail oriented and safety minded
• Will be assigned to day shift with possible reassignment to evening shift after training
• Tasks will include:
  • Bottling, labeling, and bagging products
  • Pouring 1-gallon containers into smaller sample bottles in a glovebox
  • Collect samples bottles from glovebox and storage cabinets and prepare for shipments
  • Run tank cleaning processing steps under direction of engineering
  • Perform canister cleaning and sample collection/submission
  • Replace empty gas cylinders
  • Prepare production and pilot systems for batch production
  • Manage waste (emptying bottles, taking drums to chemical storage shed, garbage collection)
  • Perform general housekeeping in manufacturing areas and labs
  • Perform incoming materials inventory management
  • Perform weekly inventory counts
  • Prepare drum shipments to warehouse, receive deliveries from warehouse
  • Perform weekly eyewash station inspection and EHS waste collection
  • Relabel bottles under direction of engineering
  • Assist engineers and technicians on a variety of tasks
  • Document completed work and remaining work to complete in shift pass-down log

Operator Key Qualifications

· Ability to lift 40 pounds from floor to table height

· Ability to move full 55-gallon drums with appropriate equipment

· Demonstration of active and effective communication skills, verbal and written

· Well organized, flexible, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

· Experience with high-purity chemical handling is a plus

· Self-driven and proactive in achieving goals

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

· Associates degree or high school diploma (equivalent) and 2 years relevant work experience
