    The Client Success Manager will work with company clients to drive client satisfaction across our support areas. A successful candidate will be ambitious, curious, and eager to work with our clients.

    Ultimately, you will act as our brand’s eyes and ears to ensure our clients get the service they need.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Managing a set of Enterprise clients who are utilizing Company platforms and services.
    • Identify areas of improvement and opportunity for services.
    • Listening to clients and providing feedback to the business.
    • Ensuring client satisfaction and delivery of quarterly business reviews.
    • Plan and prioritize activities and requests to manage client expectations.
    • Be inquisitive as you work with clients to determine impact of issues, priority of request, and understanding of additional services needed.
    • Creating and managing automated processes to effectively forecast and communicate with at-risk clients.
    • Working in a highly trusting and transparent team environment.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering (Desired).
    • At least two years of related experience required.
    • At least one industry recognized certification.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
