    Input Technology Solutions is seeking an Identity and Access Management Architect to join our team. This position is fully remote within the United States.

    What You Will Do:

    • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects
    • Contribute to evolving the overall strategy and operating model for IAM governance and technology Solutions
    • Ensure that proposed and existing IAM system architectures are aligned with organizational standards, goals and objectives
    • Assist in the design and production of technical documentation with varying levels of complexity
    • Design, configure, troubleshoot and support IAM initiatives and solutions
    • Implement IAM platform customizations, enhancements, and modifications
    • Gather requirements from internal clients and provide security/IAM technical expertise
    • Implement and support IAM programs to enable business requirements to its clients and to protect against

      digitally identity risks

    • Support in the development of security policies, standards and plans to ensure the protection of corporate data against unauthorized use, access modification and destruction
    • Research emerging technologies in support of IT security enhancement and development efforts
    • Assist in identifying, remediating, and/or mitigating vulnerabilities in the environment, ensuring appropriate response to high risk and aged findings
    • Transcribe and present technical information to business / executive levels
    • Understand and explain the concepts central to IAM and relevant to enterprise implementations including identity lifecycle, identity governance, access, authorization, directory, and entitlements
    • Provide troubleshooting support for enterprise clients
    • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned
    • Testing functionalities in non-production and production
    • Ensure installation, patching, maintenance, and updates are performed as required

      What You Must Have:

    • 7+ years of specific experience on Identity and Access Management (IAM) Projects in large enterprise environment
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or other analytical disciplines or equivalent experience
    • Extensive knowledge of the Identity and Access Management Domain
    • Extensive knowledge of Authentication and Authorization concepts
    • Extensive knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) Concepts
    • Well versed in Identity Federation Concepts
    • Understanding of PKI, CAC/PIV, Cryptography, and application security
    • Demonstratable knowledge of current technologies in authentication, federation, and identity management space (OAUTH 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, SCIM, U2F/UAF/FIDO2, HOTP, TOTP)
    • Functional proficiency with at least one coding or scripting language
    • Provisioning and access governance experience with and understanding of security on systems such as Active Directory, UNIX/Linux, Oracle
    • Familiarity with using biometrics for authentication and managing related privacy considerations
    • Familiarity with relevant identity-oriented standards, such as NIST800-63
    • Understanding of role based access, least privilege and segregation of duties access control concepts
    • Experience leading IAM projects, support efforts and other technical deliverables with varying levels of complexity

      What We Would Like You to Have:

    • Experience in information security threat modeling, design, architectures reviews, and risk analysis
    • Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units
    • Understanding of AWS cloud solutions and security architecture is a plus
