Job Description
Insellerate is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager that will be responsible for establishing and building customer relationships to promote customer retention and loyalty. This role will ensure customers are satisfied with the company’s products and services, provide high-level technical support and work to resolve any customer dissatisfactions. They will also be responsible for the managing the execution of customer related requests and business process changes.
Position can be located in the United States and work remotely.
