    Insero Talent Solutions has partnered with an industry leading and rapidly growing real estate and property management company in Victor, NY to recruit a Senior Corporate Financial Analyst.

    Position Summary:

    The Director, Corporate Finance is seeking a self-starting analyst to be a key member of the finance team and participating in forecasting and budgeting, reporting on business performance and trends, and projects improving the Company’s short- and long-term goals.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting and managing financial models, creating comprehensive outputs tracking business metrics and performance.
    • Supporting business overview presentations and providing leadership with actual financial performance, analysis of key business drivers, and updated forecasts.
    • Providing essential support on key team deliverables. Including strategic plans and operating plan, annual and budgeting, financial reprojections, and internal and external reporting.
    • Supporting development of board and investor presentations facilitating management discussion and articulating the Company’s strategic vision and operating plan.
    • Contributing to high-impact cross-functional projects, and ad-hoc analysis improving organizational efficiency.
    • Executing duties and maintaining standards in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
    • Additional duties and projects as required.

     

    Requirements:

    • BS in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3+ years of corporate finance experience, including the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
    • Self-starting, ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and ability to work independently and part of a team.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
    • Ability to work with large amounts of data and detail.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, expertise in financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI, NVP, and IRR analyses.
    • Working experience with SQL, Python, or R is desired.
    • Strong work ethic, professional, proactive, and positive attitude are essential.
