    Insero Talent Solutions has partnered with a well known real estate company in the Rochester area on recruiting for a Community Leader (direct hire). As the Community Leader, you will oversee the general administration and physical operations of the property, ensuring efficient rental program execution, proper maintenance of systems, buildings, and equipment, and fostering excellent resident relations.

    Job Duties:

    • Develop and implement rental office procedures to maintain smooth operation and organization.
    • Conduct regular inspections of the property, assessing physical appearance, identifying maintenance needs, and recommending improvements.
    • Receive and process service requests, delegating tasks to the maintenance team.
    • Review and approve invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and assist in the budgeting process.
    • Ensure thorough review and approval of all move-in files.
    • Monitor community compliance with regulatory and fair housing requirements.
    • Conduct resident interviews, process rental applications, and manage the waitlist.
    • Collaborate with supervisors on eviction procedures, lease violations, and special arrangements.
    • Lead the hiring process, assign job responsibilities, conduct evaluations, and communicate policies and procedures to operational staff.
    • Organize and plan resident activities, fostering a sense of community.
    • Provide community-related content for monthly newsletters to the Property Management Assistant.

    Qualifications:

    High School diploma required, college degree preferred. 2+ years of prior property management and supervisory experience is required. Ability to communicate well with others. Ability to frequently stand and life up to 20 lbs.
