Job Description
The Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is partnering with a claims company to fill a position for Inside Business Development. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with compensation ranging from $70,000-$90,000+ DOE, plus commissions.

Employees accrue PTO based on tenure, with 2 hours per pay period for those with less than 2 years of service, 4 hours per pay period for those with 2 to 4 years, and 6 hours per pay period for those with 5 or more years. There also is a starting PTO amount for new employees, which is negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute 100+ cold calls daily to generate new business opportunities.
Qualify leads and schedule high-value appointments for sales staff.
Build relationships with key stakeholders across target industries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to calls, appointments, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
3+ years of high-volume cold calling or inside sales experience (B2B preferred).
Proven track record of appointment setting and lead generation.
Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Self-motivated with a relentless work ethic and resilient attitude.
Experience with CRM systems and basic sales automation tools.
