Position Information • Monday- Friday 8 am-5 pm • Paid Training • Paid Education - Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist and National Board Certification • PTO, Health, life, dental, vision, disability, hearing, and other • Healthy culture and Stable growth position for the right person • Base plus bonus $50,000-$85,000 per year • Apply in confidence Responsibilities: • Market to established retirement communities through inbound/outbound calls and email • Schedule patients for clinic visits in their retirement community • Interview patients' families to get them involved with their parents' hearing health • Set follow-up appointment with patient, family, and our provider to encourage hearing treatment • Process patient intake and treatment paperwork • Communicate with community staff for referrals Qualifications: • Experience in Sales/Marketing, particularly within the healthcare industry, is helpful. • Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with seniors, ensuring they feel heard and understood. • Proven track record of building trust and long-term relationships with clients, focusing on their best interests. • Strong problem-solving skills to help patients make informed decisions about their hearing health. • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, contributing to our hearing rehab team. • Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring personalized care and attention. • Excellent Communicator. • Highly Influential through calm, clear communication. • Understand the emotions and Psychology of the hearing impaired. • Understand how technology works, backed by your TEAM. • Are at the top of your team now.
