    Contour Mortgage is seeking a driven Inside Loan Officer who brings grit, consistency, and a strong work ethic to support the residential real estate business of The Reynolds Team. This role is designed for a loan officer who understands that success is built through daily effort, disciplined follow-up, and meaningful conversations. You will engage inbound and existing consumer inquiries, nurture relationships through consistent outreach, originate residential mortgage loans, and proactively work within an established database to uncover financing opportunities. This position rewards persistence, strong phone skills, and the ability to find opportunities where others may not. You will play a key role in helping buyers move from initial interest to homeownership through consistent communication and exceptional service. This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager and operates in full alignment with Contour Mortgage’s policies, procedures, and compliance oversight. Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $35,000 – $45,000, commensurate with experience • Commission on all funded loans, bonus tiered based on volume. Structured in accordance with company compensation policies and regulatory guidelines • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 401(k) eligibility • Paid time off • Ongoing training and compliance support Responsibilities: • Engage and respond to inbound and existing consumer inquiries regarding mortgage financing • Conduct consistent outbound outreach and follow-up to nurture consumer relationships and uncover financing opportunities within the database • Build rapport and guide consumers through early-stage financing conversations in a clear, professional, and compliant manner • Take complete and accurate loan applications and collect required documentation • Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with all federal, state, and investor guidelines • Maintain proactive communication with borrowers throughout the loan process to ensure a strong client experience • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales Associates to support buyer conversations and ensure smooth, compliant handoffs • Partner with processing, underwriting, and operations teams to move loans efficiently toward closing • Accurately document all activity, communications, and pipeline status in CRM and loan origination systems • Follow up with past, current, and future borrowers to maintain relationships and identify ongoing or future financing needs • Meet individual performance, productivity, and service benchmarks Qualifications: • Active NMLS license with authorization to originate loans in Florida • Prior experience as an Inside Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant, or similar role preferred • Strong phone presence with the stamina to handle a high volume of daily conversations • Proven consistency in follow-up and outreach activities • Ability to uncover opportunities through disciplined database engagement • Highly organized with strong time management skills • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to sales and service • Proficiency with CRM and loan origination technology Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000 yearly + commission
