Sporting goods retail and ecommerce store is looking for a sharp and quick learning individual to provide mail order, phone and ecommerce sales support. Inside-Out Sports is one of the Triangle's premier specialty running store and the East Coast's largest and most complete triathlon (swim, bike, run) shop. For almost 25 years our focus has been on providing outstanding customer service and cutting edge products. Inside-Out Sports is looking for a motivated individual to work part-time or full time in the Cary Store. This position requires at least 20 hours per week and the main responsibilities include processing sales, updating files and spreadsheets, answering emails and other administrative duties. Knowledge of computers is a must, especially Excel. This person must have good communication skills and a positive attitude, and be a quick learner. Some experience with swimming, cycling and running would be helpful and some involvement in sports and outdoor activities is preferred.
