Henderson Implement & Marine, an equipment dealer for boats, tractors, ATVs, and RTVs is now seeking a Maintenance \ Custodian for our Lake Charles location. Overall Responsibilities:

Interior of buildings:

Ensure units (boats, tractors, mowers, etc.) are cleaned as needed

Maintain immaculate floors in the showroom

Break down boxes and cart for designated trash disposal area

Empty trash when needed

Exterior of buildings:

Keep the area surrounding the entrance welcoming and clean; pick up trash, keep walkways and other concrete areas free of mud\dirt, debris and hazards

Assets:

Clean company vehicles as needed.

Assist loading and unloading delivery trucks\rental equipment

Maintain maintenance equipment

Other:

Perform other assigned tasks

Run errands as needed

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
