    Work From Home, Must Live In St. Louis The Inside Sales Agent is responsible for generating appointments for our team while building rapport and following our internal sales process. With assistance from the marketing department to generate inbound leads and continued support from our leadership and senior sales agents, the Inside Sales Agent is instrumental in converting marketing functions into acquisition opportunities. This person must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded with good interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is a hard-charging team player who is ready to join a dynamic team environment and play all in. Could this be you? Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads • Follow up with leads and maintain communication to move them through the sales pipeline • Utilize CRM software to track interactions, set appointments, and manage client information • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team Qualifications: • Well-organized • Customer-service oriented • Detailed • Strong interpersonal skills • Must have computer and good internet • Experience in the real estate investment industry is required Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 annually
