At Joe Knows The Market, we are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients. You’ll engage with both warm and cold leads , qualify prospects , and set appointments for our lead agent. You will be responsible for following up with leads and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills , a strong sales acumen , and an excellent rapport builder. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business , so we provide the tools and support you will need to perform at your best.
