Responsibilities: • Call and text inbound buyer & seller leads • Follow up with warm prospects in our database • Qualify motivation, timeline, and readiness • Set appointments for listing and buyer specialists • Track conversations inside our CRM • Hit daily and weekly conversion goals • This is a structured, performance-driven phone role Qualifications: • 1+ year of sales, inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred • Confident and professional phone presence • Comfortable making 150–200+ outbound calls per day • Strong follow-up skills with attention to detail • Coachable and able to follow scripts and proven systems • Goal-oriented with a competitive drive to hit appointment targets Compensation: $75,000
