    Inside Sales Agent Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to step into an Inside Sales Agent path and use it as a way to grow toward becoming a listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. This is a strong fit for someone who wants consistent real estate conversations, a clear structure, and hands-on experience that helps create long-term momentum in real estate. You will learn to manage incoming interest, build relationships with clients, and handle the early stages of the real estate process through consistent communication and follow-up. As you continue developing your skills, you will strengthen your ability to stay organized with a pipeline, improve conversations with buyers and sellers, and create opportunities through daily outreach and relationship building. Working alongside experienced real estate agents, you will gain exposure to how listing opportunities are created, how productive agents position themselves in the market, and how consistency in communication leads to long-term business growth. Responsibilities: • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients • Lead follow-up • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Real estate sales Qualifications: • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • Real estate license required • Sales experience • Real Estate license required Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
