Levi’s Building Components, a leader in the metal roofing accessories industry is looking for the right person to join our expanding team. We are looking for an Inside Sales Agent whose main responsibility would be making outbound marketing and research calls to prospects and clients. Key responsibilities would include:
Account Management
Own and manage a House Account Territory.
Build relationships with assigned accounts to drive retention and growth.
Monitor customer account activities and identify upselling opportunities.
Sales Conversion
Engage with inbound and outbound prospects to convert them into active customers.
Execute follow-up strategies to close sales and meet conversion targets.
Customer Service (Early Lifecycle):
Handle order-taking and support for customers during their initial onboarding
Ensure a smooth transition to the main Customer Service team after the onboarding period.
Field Rep Support
Provide administrative assistance to an assigned Field Sales Representative.
Support new account onboarding, including documentation, setup, and coordination.
Success Metrics:
Conversion rate of prospects to customers
Customer satisfaction during onboarding phase
