Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Real estate license Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan
