    We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn how to create consistent opportunities and build toward a listing-focused path while earning rewarding commissions. The day-to-day work centers on conversations, follow-up, and steady activity, all supported by a structured environment connected to the Zillow Premier program. You will learn how to engage with active buyer and seller inquiries coming through Zillow Premier, have real conversations, and build relationships that turn into future listings. This is a hands-on setting where repetition, clear guidance, and proven systems help you build confidence and momentum without guessing what to do next. You will work closely with experienced agents who provide direction, feedback, and daily structure. Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database • CRM Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Real estate license or pursuing required • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license required in order to earn commissions and work with clients • Must live in area Compensation: $140,000+ at plan
