    We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to learn how to create consistent opportunities and build toward a listing-focused path while earning rewarding commissions. The day-to-day work centers on conversations, follow-up, and steady activity, all supported by a structured environment connected to the Zillow Premier program. You will learn how to engage with active buyer and seller inquiries coming through Zillow Premier, have real conversations, and build relationships that turn into future listings. This is a hands-on setting where repetition, clear guidance, and proven systems help you build confidence and momentum without guessing what to do next. You will work closely with experienced agents who provide direction, feedback, and daily structure. Responsibilities: • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Database • CRM Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Real estate license required in order to earn commissions and work with clients • Must live in area Compensation: $140,000+ at plan
