Responsibilities: • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Lead follow-up • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Real estate sales Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred • Sales experience • Real Estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan
