Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts and sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Real estate license or pursuing required • Real estate license required in order to speak with potential clients and earn commissions • Sales experience Compensation: $125,000+
