Responsibilities: • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Team and individual sales • Lead follow-up • Lead generation • CRM and database mastery • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Real estate license or pursuing required • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Must live in the Greater Phoenix Area • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Good communication Compensation: $85,000 - $155,000 at plan
