We’re hiring a full-time Inside Sales Agent to work in-person at our Gainesville headquarters, alongside our executive and leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to join a nationally recognized real estate company with an already thriving remote ISA team. Now, we're building a high-performance, local inside sales presence—and we're looking for the right person to help set the pace. We offer a clear path for advancement with defined performance benchmarks, mentorship opportunities Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals What You’ll Do:Answer inbound calls on the main brokerage phone line, delivering a warm, professional experience and appropriately routing inquiries. • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Reach out to potential buyers and sellers via phone, email, and other communication channels to build the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads. • Data Management : Keep client information up-to-date in our CRM to ensure agents have access to accurate, current data. • Performance Tracking : Monitor monthly and quarterly metrics to ensure sales goals are being met. • Lead Qualification : Qualify incoming leads and set appointments with realtors and field agents to ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction. • Business Development : Explore new opportunities within designated geographies to expand the client base. Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • +1 year of real estate sales experience • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Superb Interpersonal Skills : Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience : - 1+ years of experience in real estate sales, inside sales, or a high-volume phone-based role. • Candidates must be located in Gainesville, FL, or willing to relocate. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 Annually
