Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact for potential clients — call, text, and email warm and cold leads • Build real relationships fast and set qualified appointments for our agents • Follow proven scripts (no cringe) and use smart objection-handling to move people forward • Update lead progress in Follow Up Boss (FUB) and track performance using SISU • Hit activity and conversion benchmarks — and get paid well for doing it • Work a balanced schedule that includes some evenings and weekends, but still protects your personal time and gives you space to recharge Qualifications: • Have 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, phone sales, or similar) • Hold an active real estate license — or are actively working to obtain one (we’ll help you get there fast!) • Want more predictability and long-term opportunity in your sales career • Are confident with sales conversations, objection handling, and asking for the close • Love working independently while still being part of a high-performing team • Prefer structure and expectations over being left to figure it out on your own • Are tech-savvy enough to work in Outlook, FUB, SISU, and follow CRM processes Work Environment & Expectations • Fully remote role with training, mentorship, and structure • We track results daily and support your success every step of the way • Twin Cities area candidates preferred for in-person Tuesday team meetings and coaching • If performance metrics are missed consistently, in-office support may be required • Schedule includes rotating evenings and weekends , designed to support a healthy work-life balance Compensation: $50,000+
