    We are the Highlands of Tennessee's most innovative real estate firm and are looking to continue our growth as we add motivated professionals who want to grow with us! Our team is highly ranked in real estate sales both locally and nationally. We are seeking a full-time Inside Sales Agent to help manage our vast database of clients. Appointment-setting skills are mandatory. Must be able to call and nurture a pipeline of future clients (we provide the leads). Learn from the best - explore your potential! Previous real estate experience is not required, but sales experience or call center experience is preferred. Must obtain Tennessee Real Estate License within 60 days. Assistance with licensing costs is available. Some weekends and evenings are required. Pay commensurate with experience. Base hourly, plus bonuses and commission are paid. Responsibilities: • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Appointment-setting skills are mandatory • Be able to work flexible hours • Phone skills are important • Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests • Must be willing to be behind a desk during work hours • Work side by side with listing agents and buyer's agents Qualifications: • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must have excellent attention to detail and follow-up • Great phone skills • Positive attitude • General knowledge of computer-based systems • Must have a valid Real Estate License - or a valid Real Estate License obtained within 60 days • Once a valid Real Estate License is obtained, commissions are paid Compensation: $35,000 - $60,000 yearly
