    Our fast-growing real estate team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Agent with flawless English fluency and a strong grasp of American idioms and conversational nuance. In this role, you’ll be expected to prospect and qualify leads, gather key information from buyers and sellers, enter leads into our CRM, and set 3–4 high-quality appointments per day for our agents. We’re looking for a results-driven professional who can build quick rapport over the phone, think on their feet, and consistently deliver strong outcomes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in inside real estate sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their career in real estate. This is a remote position, with calls made during standard business hours in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone. Responsibilities: • Tenaciously call, text, and email potential clients to establish communication and determine interest in the purchase or sale of real estate. • Pre-qualify prospects by accurately assessing holistic motivation to buy or sell property, timeline, and financial specifics prior to referring to senior inside sales agents. • Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums. • Collaborate with team members to share and learn from our Redux Community. Qualifications: • Availability: Hours are generally 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST and can be any day of the week. We will work out specific hours during the hiring process. If you are not able to work during Eastern Time hours, this is not the role for you. • You have a strong work ethic and are self-motivated. • You have no fear of phone communication using a native level of spoken English language with mastery of common idioms. • You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • You have experience in inside sales for a major US employer, and bonus points for experience in the US real estate industry. • Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional. • Your enthusiasm for success is superseded only by your degree of personal integrity, and you are eager to learn and grow professionally. • You must be tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly (Proficiency in FUB CRM and Google Office Suite preferred). Compensation: $8 - $10 per hour
