Responsibilities: • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Two years of previous sales experience • Real Estate License Preferred • Located close to Westlake Village, CA, Office Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 yearly
