We’re hiring a full-time, hourly Inside Sales Dialer to call and follow up with mortgage leads, set appointments, and log detailed notes in our CRM using our dialer and scripts. Role is remote (U.S.-based only) or in-person at our Tampa, FL office. Applicants must reside in the United States. Responsibilities: • Outbound calling using a power dialer • Fast follow-up on new leads (especially after events/campaigns) • Appointment setting for our loan team • CRM note-taking: log outcomes, details, and next steps every time • Use the provided scripts and talk tracks to qualify and book appointments Qualifications: • 1+ year of sales experience converting qualified opportunities in a sales representative position • Must have high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree is preferred • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills • Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process Compensation: $38,000 - $45K,000 at plan compensation
