Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with customers and vendors, managing sales orders, and supporting daily warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in maintaining excellent customer service while also ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Inside Sales (Primary):
Assist customers via phone and email with product selection, availability, and pricing.
Generate quotes and process sales orders using company ERP system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
Collaborate with outside sales representatives to support customer needs and opportunities.
Follow up on open quotes and leads to convert opportunities into orders.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and vendor offerings.
Warehouse Support (Secondary):
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipments.
Pick and pack outgoing orders accurately and safely.
Prepare freight, parcel, and local deliveries.
Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or technical degree a plus.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or warehousing (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with industrial equipment (motors, drives, gearboxes) is a plus, but not required.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP systems experience preferred).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training available if needed).
