Inside Sales Associate Compensation: $60,000 per year + commission

Company Overview Home Fire Stove & Grill City is a local retailer of fireplaces, stoves, inserts, and grills serving the Willamette Valley for over 40 years.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assist walk-in and call-in customers

Learn product details and present them accurately

Follow the company sales process

Handle inbound/outbound calls

Track all activity in the CRM

Prepare estimates and manage leads

Maintain a clean showroom

Skills & Competencies

You follow instructions and complete tasks on time

You communicate clearly and professionally

You learn new products and systems quickly

You stay organized and manage your workflow

You work well on a team and represent the company well

Requirements

Retail sales or customer service experience preferred

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Google Calendar)

High school diploma/GED

Valid Oregon driver’s license

Ability to meet job expectations and verify capability to perform duties
