In this role, you will handle inbound leads, proactively generate new prospects, gather key information from buyers and sellers, qualify leads, and both add and nurture potential clients through our sales funnel. We are seeking an individual who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with others. What We Offer: • Competitive base salary with commission potential/conversion-based bonuses • Ongoing training, professional development, and skill-building opportunities • A supportive, growth-oriented team environment • Clear career advancement opportunities in a thriving real estate industry Responsibilities: • Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments • Qualify leads quickly and effectively by gathering pertinent information from sellers and buyers, and inputting up-to-date client data into our customer database system to ensure agents have the most accurate and current information • Maintain rigorous prospecting for leads via outbound cold calling and direct email • Follow scripts to communicate the team’s value proposition and professionally handle objections • Become a local real estate expert by staying informed on market trends and conditions to provide valuable insights to clients • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to qualify leads and assign them to sales team members, ensuring client details are accurately conveyed before appointments • Ensure there is rigorous lead follow-up • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics to the Director of Sales for ongoing performance improvement • Manage communications with inbound/outbound leads and agents on the team, and provide information to the management team on request and when necessary Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional telephone skills—ability to set and close appointments over the phone and willingness to spend the majority of the workday on the phone • Ability to learn and internalize scripts and dialogues • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed • Team player • NJ real estate license preferred • Demonstrable record of sales success against quotas Compensation: $38,000 - $70,000 yearly
