Responsibilities: What You’ll DoLead Conversion Mastery: Respond to and nurture inbound leads quickly and professionally, converting inquiries into qualified appointments for our agents. • Outbound Prospecting: Cold prospects to generate new business opportunities. • Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, organized CRM with accurate lead notes, follow-up plans, and next steps. • Consistent Follow-Up: Execute systematic, high-frequency follow-up with leads to stay top-of-mind until they’re ready to transact. • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for calls, contacts, and appointments set. Qualifications: What We’re Looking ForProven Sales Chops: 1+ years of phone-based sales, telemarketing, or inside sales (real estate experience preferred but not required). • Communication Skills That Sell: Confident, persuasive, and empathetic on the phone with the ability to build instant rapport. • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, dialers, and productivity tools. • High Energy + Resilience: You don’t take “no” personally and see every call as a new opportunity. • Self-Starter: You own your results, manage your time, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $36,000 - $85,000+
