Office Amenities: • Game Room (Ping Pong, Bags, Xbox, PS5) • Onsite, Free 24/7 Access Gym • Starbucks • Full Café • Local Restaurants Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening • Pre-qualify leads before transferring to a licensed Loan Officer Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Two years of previous sales experience • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car • At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Phone, Car, Financial, Insurance, Fitness) • Candidates should feel comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls in this role • A self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving six-figure goals, is necessary Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly + commission
