Responsibilities: • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely and effective follow-up, contributing to a seamless and positive customer experience. • Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently to support the sales pipeline and reduce lead response times. • Maintain and update the CRM database to provide the sales team with accurate, real-time information on leads and prospects. • Track and report on key sales metrics —daily, monthly, and quarterly—to ensure alignment with performance targets and company objectives. • Conduct follow-ups with new leads through email, phone, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and support revenue growth initiatives. Qualifications: • Education : • High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Experience : • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role • Skills : • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal and time management abilities • Superior customer service skills • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also achieving independent goals • Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly learn new concepts Compensation: $17 Hourly + Bonuses
