Inside Sales Rep
Position Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Description: This position will be handling calls and emails from potential customers, making outbound calls from database to prior customers, discuss product options, close sale and secures purchase orders, completes all paperwork, follows up with customers after sale, creates and processes RMA's, creates drop ship orders, assists customers with warranty issues and performs other duties are required.
Position Requires: College degree with recent sales and/or customer service experience ideal. Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize & time manage in a fast paced environment. Experience in CRM, such as Sales Force systems preferred and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Company Offers: Company offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, vacation, holiday and sick time.
Salary: to $19.00-21.00/hr.
