Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team Position responsibilities consist of but are not limited to the following: • Completing a brief written interview as part of the application process to demonstrate reading, writing, and critical thinking skills, showcasing attention to detail and adherence to instructions. • Conduct sales conversations with potential clients to identify their legal needs and recommend appropriate solutions. • Engaging with potential new clients to provide assistance and information to help them make informed decisions about moving forward with the firm's services. • Following up after the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition to the Legal Team and address any concerns or questions. • Tracking and reporting metrics related to marketing and sales conversion data to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. • Maintaining accurate records and entering essential data into the firm’s systems to ensure efficient client management and communication. • Demonstrates empathy and understanding in sales interactions, drawing from real-life experiences to connect with clients effectively. • Collaborating and supporting colleagues within the team, fostering a culture of teamwork and mutual assistance. • Exhibiting ambition and drive, you should actively contribute to the team's success and growth rather than relying on others to direct your actions. • Embracing a consultative selling approach, focusing on helping prospective clients understand their legal options and make informed decisions rather than pressuring them into a sale. • Viewing sales as the beginning of a long-term client relationship, emphasizing the importance of building trust and rapport. Compensation: $50,000 - $105,000 yearly
